S.L.A.T.E Consultancy
Being our first client, NPoC has been providing consultancy support to S.L.A.T.E in their broad vision of filling gaps in education and contributing towards the United Nations' goals of promoting Education for Sustainable Development (ESD).
NPoC supports S.L.A.T.E by offering strategic planning, facilitating collaborative partnerships, managing stakeholder engagement, mobilising resources through CSR outreach and grants, and designing impact-oriented interventions.
By designing the S.L.A.T.E Policy Framework—launched by Honourable Finance Minister Smt. Nirmala Sitharaman—NPoC developed a comprehensive roadmap to align and optimise S.L.A.T.E’s outreach efforts. This framework serves as a foundation for S.L.A.T.E’s projects aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals.
NPoC has been supporting S.L.A.T.E in fostering partnerships with government bodies, non-profit organisations, and other stakeholders, bringing together a convergence of actors to advance the broader vision of ESD. It has also been at the forefront of S.L.A.T.E’s engagement strategy, enabling meaningful involvement of students, educators, collaborators, funders, and policymakers in co-designing, implementing, and evaluating programs, thereby building a robust and sustainable education framework.
NPoC grounds each S.L.A.T.E intervention in thorough field research and contextual analysis. Through baseline studies, stakeholder mapping, and gap identification, it applies tools like the Theory of Change and Logical Frameworks to ensure structured, measurable, and scalable outcomes supported by continuous learning. In parallel, NPoC translates these interventions into fundable proposals for CSR and philanthropic donors, managing the full proposal lifecycle—from crafting tailored narratives and budgets to developing pitch decks and donor-facing reports—ensuring alignment with donor priorities and enhancing S.L.A.T.E’s capacity to attract and sustain funding.
