Skill Development is at the core of the National and state policies to empower youth and drive economic growth. NPoC seeks to mainstream skill development in the state through its integration with formal education, while augmenting its access, quality, market relevance, and governance in the economy and society at large. NPoC recognises the need to understand and absorb newer demands and opportunities in skill development created by trends in the world of work, online skilling, demographic shifts, and socio-cultural dynamics of career aspirations.
 
In pursuit of its commitment to skill development, NPoC hopes to partner with state and non-state actors at different levels to undertake studies, offer consulting and project management services, and develop tailor-made solutions for various challenges in the sector.
